Honestly, this felt like Chelsea running into the first opponent this season that could really punish them. Hull's front line kept them on the back foot for most of the ninety minutes, so the result was more believable than shocking. The title race clearly isn't settling down any time soon.
A lot of people probably didn't know Belloumi's name before this game. Nothing's confirmed, but a player who scores twice in six minutes gets talked about come the winter window. It's not about the fee yet, but he's on the radar of bigger clubs now — in my read, some of them are already late to it.
