From an international-team perspective, my question is how long Nmecha can sustain this form. I've followed him through past qualifying windows, and what I want to watch is how club form like this translates into his national-team role ahead of the next major tournament — it should factor into the selection conversation.

In tactical terms, everyone's talking about the 89th-minute finish, but I was watching the build to it. Paderborn's defensive block was already stretched thin by the time Sabitzer kept finding crosses from that side. Whether that's a repeatable pattern shows up against the next opponent — I'd rather credit the design behind it than the finish itself.
